COMING SOON: Pizza Crust (no toppings, pre-baked)
This pizza crust is game changing: it’s almost impossible to believe this crust isn’t held together by gluten. Deep flavor with the perfect balance of crunch and chew. Thin enough to create a delicate “pizza bianca” but substantial enough to hold up to a “double extra toppings” pizza…if you’re feeling extra hungry. Our 1000 degree pizza oven creates this crust’s beautiful flame blisters and adds depth to the already amazing flavor of our 48 hour fermentation.
This 12 inch pizza crust is inspired by Neapolitan style pizza and is flash baked by real flames in our 1000 degree pizza oven. Like Neapolitan pizzas, this crust is individual size…though the average person will usually have a slice or two of leftovers!
We hand shape everything we make with care, so no two loaves, crusts, bagels, or biscuits will be exactly alike. For us, this is part of the fun of baking and eating!
Important Note:
The flour we use for this product contains de-glutinated wheat starch that is certified by the FDA and Italian Celiac Association as safe for people with celiac disease (but NOT safe for people with a wheat allergies unrelated to gluten). We are currently selling our products under the Colorado Cottage Foods Act and cannot market them as “certified gluten free”—however, 100% of the ingredients we use are certified gluten free and there is no chance of contamination during our our preparation and baking process, as no products containing gluten (packaged or unpackaged) are allowed in our kitchen.
