These bagels’ outer crust features that satisfying “bite and pull” that was impossible for us to find anywhere else (in bagels that don’t rely on gluten for their chewiness, that is). Crisp, chewy, slightly sweet, slightly salty, our bagels won’t fall apart as part of a sandwich, but their crave-able flavor will have you snacking on them with no toppings at all.

We hand shape everything we make with care, so no two loaves, crusts, bagels, or biscuits will be exactly alike. For us, this is part of the fun of baking and eating!

Important Note:

The flour we use for this product contains de-glutinated wheat starch that is certified by the FDA and Italian Celiac Association as safe for people with celiac disease (but NOT safe for people with a wheat allergies unrelated to gluten). We are currently selling our products under the Colorado Cottage Foods Act and cannot market them as “certified gluten free”—however, 100% of the ingredients we use are certified gluten free and there is no chance of contamination during our our preparation and baking process, as no products containing gluten (packaged or unpackaged) are allowed in our kitchen.
