Crunchy roasty crust with an amazing open crumb. This bread has a deep and complex flavor that comes from our long fermentation process. Once you try this artisanal bread, there’s no going back to the crumbly dry gluten free breads we’ve put up with for years. Roughly 8 inches in diameter.
We hand shape everything we make with care, so expect those imperfections that make each. loaf unique. For us, this is part of the fun of baking and eating!
Freezing our products: our products freeze and thaw very well, so if you want to stock up, we want you to know that freezer storage is an option!
Important Note:
The flour we use for this product contains de-glutinated wheat starch that is certified by the FDA and Italian Celiac Association as safe for people with celiac disease (but NOT safe for people with a wheat allergies unrelated to gluten). We are currently selling our products under the Colorado Cottage Foods Act and cannot market them as “certified gluten free”—however, 100% of the ingredients we use are certified gluten free and there is no chance of contamination during our our preparation and baking process, as no products containing gluten (packaged or unpackaged) are allowed in our kitchen.
